I am an NC15 and this bb cream in #21 matched me very well. No breakouts because of this bb cream and I have acne prone skin (normal skintype). Just remember to wait for 2-5min (finish the rest of your makeup or do your hair lol) until it has fully absorbed/dried before applying powder for the best finish. I only give 5 stars for holy grail/can't live without products lol So I gave this 4 stars since I feel like I might find a product that is equally good or maybe even better.
