In my opinion, this product is comparable to Missha's Time Revolution Clear Toner in that it is gentle enough to use around the eye areas (zero irritation, at least from my experience), and it effectively removes any leftover makeup, dirt, or what have you. I'm often surprised by what I see on my cotton pad even after I've done an oil cleanse + foam cleanse beforehand!

(Side note: This is by no means a "hydrating" toner, so if you have dry skin, I think this would dry it out more. I have combo/acne-prone skin and find that this product works wonders for my skin.)
